I am a Mental Health Clinical Nurse specialist, located in Omaha, Nebraska, with a master's degree in counseling and psychological services. I have worked in the field of mental health for 25 years and have had a private practice for the past 15 years.

I am a graduate of the Core Energetics Institute West Coast. This is a therapeutic modality that integrates body, mind, emotions and spirit. A combination of movement, sound and breathe are used. The work of Core Energetics helps us to open our hearts by transforming negative feelings; to enliven our bodies by releasing muscular armoring and allowing a full flow of energy; and to enlighten our minds by breaking up old distorted ways of thinking and perceiving. My post-graduate studies include research in spinal energy blockages.

I have also graduated from the Barbara Brennan school of Healing and have completed the two years of advanced studies in integrative medicine. I may do a chelation (clear, balance and charge) and according to the body's needs, include various other healings within that framework, such as, restructuring chakras, hara line healing, core star healing, past life healing and/or root cord healing.
